Event Logistics
Since I moved to Cologne in 2017, I had the chance to be part of logistics teams on several large scale events such as the CSD Street Party and street food festivals.
In event logistics we do the planning, execution and controlling of the transfer, storage and other operations performed in the process of events.
In simple words this means I will make sure that:
- Before the event bars, seating, tech stuff etc. will be delivered and build on time.
- At the event everybody including all the bars have the required things they need to work at any given time during the event.
- After the event everything will leave the venue as planned.
